Protocol
Add 20 uL of labeled detection Ab to well
Add 100 uL of sample (in PBS/BSA)
Incubate 1 hr with shaking
Wash and add 150 uL MSD Read Buffer T
Read on SECTOR Imager 6000 Reader or SECTOR PR 100 Reader
In addition, when used in a multiplexed format, the MSD system does not suffer from cross-reactivity issues.
